Based on interaction with the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and key state actors and institutions, as well as additional analyses and research, this document aims to qualify and consolidate the arrangements and structures of Climate Governance in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, using as a reference the best experiences, practices and structures established in Brazil and worldwide.
