The Forum of Secretaries of the Environment of Brazilian Capitals (CB27), through its National Coordination and Executive Secretariat, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Brazil, and ICLEI Brazil, are honored to present this Letter to the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change – COP 30. This document aligns with and corroborates the positions of the LGMA (Local Governments and Municipal Authorities) and the Local Leaders Forum (LLF), reaffirming the commitment of Brazilian capitals to the national and global climate agenda, and to the effective implementation of Brazil's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) under the Paris Agreement.
