ICLEI South America is seeking technical consultants to support the development of Local Climate Action Plans (PLACs). In this role, the consultant will report to the Regional Technical Area Coordination and work in an integrated manner with the project team, supporting the development of PLACs for 34 municipalities in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
