In this publication, we recount how our activities developed, who participated, what we produced together, and which programs, policies, and initiatives from the participating cities were learned about during the LAB, deserving to be highlighted for the general public.

The results presented in this publication are the fruit of the tireless work of the entire LUPPA team, our supporters and partners, and the teams from each of the participating cities and the mentor cities. The lessons shared in this publication reveal the work and achievements that each of these teams is already accomplishing in their territories.
