In this publication, we are sharing the lessons learned from the second edition of LUPPA.,
We recount how our activities developed, who participated, what we achieved together, as well as a compilation of programs, policies, and initiatives from the participating cities that were shared throughout the program.
In this second edition, we had the opportunity, for the first time, to hold the LUPPA LAB in person with the presence of managers, technicians, and advisors who shared their challenges, their journeys, and their success stories, and listened to the solutions that other cities have found for challenges that are often common.
