The San Antonio Forest Key Biodiversity Area (KBA) is a complementary conservation strategy, with jurisdiction over four municipalities in the Valle del Cauca – Yumbo, Cali, La Cumbre and Dagua –, led by civil society organizations and configured as a conservation mosaic composed of private properties located in strategic areas and public areas, through which conservation agreements are developed for the management and sustainable use of land.
