Climate Compliance of the State of Rio Grande do Sul – Final Report 2025
The Climate Risk and Vulnerability Analysis (CRVA) of Rio Grande do Sul is a strategic study that assesses the current and future impacts of climate change in the state, which has historically been affected by disasters related to extreme rainfall. Focusing on the exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity of the territory and population, the CRVA aims to support public policies and adaptation actions to reduce risks and strengthen the response to the climate emergency.
