This document is part of the Curvelo + Green and Resilient project's product set, developed by ICLEI South America in partnership with the Municipality of Curvelo, with the goal of structuring an Implementation Strategy for Nature-Based Solutions focused on the connectivity of green areas in the municipality.

This appendix presents the results of the analysis of municipal public policies, the initial stage of the project that seeks to understand the existing institutional, regulatory, and financial conditions in Curvelo to support the implementation of Nature-based Solutions (NbS). The survey identified environmental management instruments, financing mechanisms, and sectoral plans that, directly or indirectly, interact with the agendas of biodiversity, climate, and territorial planning—mapping both the potential to be exploited and the gaps that can be addressed.
