The publication presents an interactive timeline of activities carried out through the Action Fund Brazil project between 2020 and July 2022 in Curitiba and Porto Alegre. In total, four climate mitigation projects were implemented in the cities (two in each), representing a non-refundable investment of over R$ 2.6 million. During this period, the initiatives directly benefited more than 3,000 people from underprivileged communities and prevented the emission of more than 174,000 tCO2e into the atmosphere.

Furthermore, the four projects from civil society organizations selected by Action Fund Brazil to implement climate actions in their territories were based on the use of data from the Environmental Insights Explorer platform – Google EIE.
