This Executive Summary presents the main results of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory for the municipality of Porto Alegre (RS) between 2016 and 2019. The objective of the inventory is to identify the city's GHG emissions profile, highlighting its main sources and thus supporting the development of ambitious strategies to reduce its emissions and mitigation actions in the face of the impacts of climate change in its territory.
