O Curitiba Climate Change Indicators Panel It is a tool for decision-making and transparency related to the implementation of policies aimed at addressing climate change in the municipality. This is one of four projects from civil society organizations selected by Action Fund Brazil to implement climate actions in their territories based on the use of data from the Environmental Insights Explorer platform – Google EIE.

From the Panel's website, society and its various sectors, including policymakers and implementers, can consult approximately 100 indicators related to the causes and impact of the climate crisis in the context of Curitiba. They can also simulate scenarios of net greenhouse gas emissions in the municipality, with a view to assessing the possibilities of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, as foreseen in the Curitiba Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Plan (PlanClima). The panel also provides relevant documents related to climate change, including scientific articles and projects developed by schools that used the available data.
