This publication is the result of the Cooperation Cycle with the Municipalities of the Southern Mesa of the Aburrá Valley Metropolitan Area, which, with the support of ICLEI, brought together five municipalities in this Colombian region: Sabaneta, Envigado, La Estrella, Caldas, and Itagüí. The experience yielded valuable lessons for the preparation and implementation of a cycle of this nature, which are shared in the document. The objective is to encourage similar cooperation processes in other regions.
