O ICLEI América do Sul recebeu com imenso pesar a notícia do falecimento de Deise Martins, ocorrido nesta quinta-feira, 25 de janeiro.

Em passagens pelas pastas de Relações Internacionais de governos locais associados à Rede, Deise deixou importantes contribuições ao movimento de internacionalização de cidades e cooperação em rede.
