ICLEI South America is inviting its Members to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), to be held virtually on 21 December 2022, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Brasília Time), via the Zoom platform.
In accordance with the ICLEI South America Statutes, the meeting agenda is as follows:
– Review of COPs 27 and 15;
– Presentation and approval of the 2021 financial statements;
– Presentation of the 2022 financial closing and 2023 financial planning;
– Presentation of the 2023 programmatic plan.
