ICLEI South America is convening its members for the Ordinary General Assembly, which will take place virtually on April 13th, at 2 PM (Brasília time). After an associate city confirms attendance via email to iclei-sams@iclei.org, its representative will receive the access link.

The following items are on the agenda:

• Approval of general strategies and operational guidelines to be presented by the Executive Secretariat;

• Voting on the admission and exclusion of ICLEI South America members;

• Approval of the financial statements;

• Election and re-election of the members of the Board of Directors;

• Approval of the composition of the Advisory Board and the Fiscal Council as suggested by the Board of Directors.
