In this second stage, a qualitative assessment of climate change risk was initially conducted to identify the risks and impacts present in Montería. Subsequently, indicators were identified to evaluate, from each of the risk components (threat, exposure, and vulnerability), the impacts of different climate risks on the six dimensions of the TCNCC (National Climate Change Strategy).
