This technical document presents the key findings and recommendations for incorporating the reuse of containers and packaging as a strategic focus in the public policy of the District of Medellín, with the aim of reducing waste generation and moving towards a sustainable circular economy. Its content will serve as input for the development of an implementation roadmap, which will consolidate concrete actions based on these recommendations.
