Brief project description: Supporting the implementation of the Urban-LEDS II project, developed by UN-Habitat and ICLEI and funded by the European Commission, through technical assistance to Colombian cities in the formulation and implementation of low-emission urban development strategies. This experience included the development of climate planning instruments, technical studies, workshops, communication activities, and the strengthening of local climate compliance in line with the Paris Agreement, thus contributing to the transition towards sustainable urban development models with a focus on low carbon, institutional strengthening, and knowledge transfer.
