ACCESS It is a regional platform of ICLEI focused on the digitalization of urban mobility and sustainable logistics. Its objective is to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and local pollution from the transport sector—one of the main contributors to urban emissions—through the use of digital tools for the efficient management of urban mobility and logistics.

ACCESS It is a project funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Government.
Implementing organizations
Implemented by eight partner organizations, led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), in six Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru).
In Argentina, The implementation of ACCESS is led by the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy (WI), in collaboration with UN-Habitat, the Urban Electric Mobility Initiative (UEMI) and the ICLEI Network – Local Governments for Sustainability.
