Bogota, capital of Colombia, recognizes cargo transportation and logistics as an important sector within its urban planning, in response to it, the city has established multiple programs and projects to improve mobility issues, air quality, and reduce GHG emissions, however, they have largely overlooked issues concerning sustainable urban freight and last-mile de-livery in planning efforts overall.
